China Academy of Public Finance and Public Policy (CAPFPP) at Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) accepts applications for Full-Time, Tenure-track Assistant Professors, beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. For the assistant professor’s positions, applicants should have a PhD or an anticipated PhD completion by August 2018 in the field of Public Economics, Econometrics, Regional Economics, Urban Economics or a related field.

CUFE, founded in 1949, is a top-ranked research university in China. China Academy of Public Finance and Public Policy is a young but promising and academically supportive school. Compensation is competitive and is commensurate with qualifications and experiences.

Successful applicants need to demonstrate the capacity to establish a research agenda that will lead to scholarly publications. They will also be expected to teach courses for the undergraduates and graduates. In addition to producing quality scholarship and effective teaching, responsibilities will include participation in school and university service and related professional activities.

The recruiting will continue until the positions are filled. However, to be considered for interview at the 2018 AEA Annual Meetings in Philadelphia, applications must be received by December 20, 2017.
