The Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College/CUNY invites applications for full-time tenure-track positions in the William Newman Department of Real Estate, which is one of the seven academic departments in the Zicklin School of Business. The Department offers a BBA major and minor, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. Program in Real Estate. The Zicklin School of Business is accredited by the AACSB and is among the largest Schools of Business in the nation. Baruch College is a diverse institution strongly committed to both teaching and research.

Qualifications: The successful candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline, as well as a strong record of or potential for scholarly research and publication, superior teaching skills, and a willingness to actively participate in the growing Real Estate programs at Baruch. Rank is dependent on qualifications.
