The Department of Economics at the University of Washington invites applications for a position in Empirical Microeconomics (AA25404). The position is a full-time appointment with a 9 month service period each year and a start date of Autumn 2018:

The search is primarily at the Assistant level, but in exceptional cases an Associate Professor hire may be considered. Priority will be given to applications received by November 15, 2017. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability for high-quality instruction and the potential for significant research. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, at least one research paper, evidence of teaching ability, and three letters of recommendation online at https://econjobmarket.org/postings.php?posid=4516 Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree, or foreign equivalent, in a relevant field by the start of the appointment and will be expected to participate in undergraduate and graduate teaching and independent research.
