The University of Oregon Department of Economics invites applications for two tenure-track assistant professor positions to begin Fall 2018. We seek candidates from any field who demonstrate potential for outstanding research and teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Preference will be given to candidates whose areas of specialty complement the research interests of our current faculty members.  The required Ph.D. in economics must be complete by September 15, 2018. Successful candidates will support and enhance a diverse learning and working environment.

Candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, copy of graduate transcripts, a written research sample, and evidence of teaching effectiveness. Three letters of recommendation are also required.
