The Williams College Economics Department invites applications for a visiting faculty position for the 2017-18 academic year, beginning July 1, 2017. Teaching responsibilities will consist of two electives to be determined in the fall semester and two sections of introductory macroeconomics in the spring. Candidates should have a Ph.D, or all requirements for the Ph.D. degree completed by July 1, 2017. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is essential. The college is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through their scholarship, teaching and/or service.
