The Department of Economics at the College of William & Mary invites applications for non-tenure track positions. Openings are for Visiting Instructor/Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics with a 3-3 teaching load. These are one-year fixed-term appointments and they are renewable. Prefer candidates with a Ph.D. at time of appointment, August 10, 2017, but ABD candidates may be considered. We value demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching in a highly selective liberal arts environment. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach rigorous courses—primarily principles of economics, statistics, econometrics, and in fields of their specialization.
