The Department of Economics at the College of William & Mary invites applications for non-tenure track positions. We have two openings for Lecturer of Economics with a 3-3 teaching load. These are fixed-term appointments for one to three years, and they are renewable. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. by the time the appointment begins on August 10, 2017. We value demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching in a highly selective liberal arts environment. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach rigorous courses—primarily principles of economics, statistics, econometrics, and in fields of their specialization.
