The Department of Economics, the Division of Environment, and the Division of Social Science are seeking to hire one joint position in the field of environmental economics at any rank (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor). Salary is highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Junior and mid-career applicants should arrange for 3 letters of recommendation to be sent. For tenured positions, references will be solicited only after both sides agree to proceed with the process of appointment.
Review of applications begins immediately and will be accepted until the position is filled. Shortlisted junior and mid-career candidates will be interviewed during Chicago AEA meeting on Jan 6-8, 2017. For junior and mid-career applications, priority will be given to those who submit their application package and reference letters before December 15th, 2016.
