Candidates are sought for one or more tenure track faculty appointments in the Department of Real Estate to be effective Fall Semester 2017.

Late stage doctoral students who expect to graduate by August 2017 or experienced doctorate holders in real estate, financial economics, urban economics or a related discipline are sought for one or more tenure track appointments to be effective Fall 2017. Rank is open, but preference is expected to be given to hiring at the assistant level. Highly accomplished individuals possessing a distinguished teaching and publication record may be considered for the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to conduct high-level research publishable in the premier academic journals of real estate and financial economics. Candidates should also have a strong commitment to quality teaching in graduate programs.

The Department of Real Estate has PhD, MSRE and undergraduate program offerings. Opportunities for conducting research in the Department are excellent. The J. Mack Robinson College of Business has several strategic initiatives including Big Data & Analytics and Entrepreneurship & Innovation, which overlap with important areas of research in the Real Estate area.
