The Economics Department at Stonehill College invites applications for a tenure track position to begin July 2017. Our top priority is to hire an excellent teacher of Intermediate Macroeconomics and Principles (Micro and Macro) who will publish well-regarded research. Secondarily, the background to teach Monetary Theory & Policy and electives that would enhance our offerings in areas such as, but not limited to, Environmental, is a desirable plus.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. or verifiable expectation of completion by July 2017. Responsibilities include: 3-3 course teaching load, research and professional activity, and service in a department of seven full-time economists. Faculty development support, including a course release in the first three years, is available.
We will interview candidates by appointment at the ASSA Meetings in Chicago.
