The Department of Economics in the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati is seeking to hire two faculty members to conduct research and teach in the area of applied econometrics or applied microeconomics, and provide service to the Department, College and the University. Rank is open and is commensurate with credentials. Minimum qualifications include ABD in Economics, with completion of Ph.D. by August 15, 2017.

For consideration at the Associate Professor rank, applicants must have at least six published articles in top tier peer reviewed economics journals, at least five academic years of teaching experience in the area of economics, and must have held tenure track Assistant Professor or Associate Professor rank for at least five years at a university.

For consideration at the full Professor rank, applicants must have at least twelve published articles in top tier peer reviewed economics journals, at least five academic years of teaching experience in the area of economics, and must have held Associate Professor or full Professor rank for at least five years at a university.
