The Department of Economics is inviting applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning in Fall 2017.

Qualifications:
Preferred areas of teaching and research are in industrial organization. A Ph.D. in economics required. ABDs will be considered with a completion date by February 2018. The successful applicant is expected to be an excellent teacher and develop a research program appropriate to the field.

Responsibilities:
The normal teaching load is 9 credit hours per semester. Teaching responsibilities may include Principles of Economics, Business Statistics, and other Microeconomic Courses. Salary will be competitive.
