The Department of Business Administration at Flagler College invites applications for a one-year, full-time faculty position in Economics at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor to begin August 2016. A Ph.D. is preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates who are ABD. Candidates must demonstrate an enthusiastic commitment to teaching and mentoring undergraduate students. Teaching experience at the college level is required.
The teaching load is four sections per semester. The ideal candidate will be able to teach upper-level courses in macro and microeconomics such as Intermediate Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics and/or Intermediate Microeconomics, and Quantitative Methods in Business.
