Headquartered in Arlington, TX, with additional offices in Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC, 2M Research Services, LLC is a fast growing professional services research firm focused on providing our government, commercial and non-profit clients with high impact research, program evaluation, policy analysis, survey research, technical assistance, and statistical consulting services.

This position will be responsible for designing and conducting complex social science and health care related research. Exceptional applied econometric skills are required to support work in program evaluations, costs benefits analysis, and health care outcomes related research. Significant experience in the use of advanced statistical methods is also required. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent writer and have significant experience preparing final reports, white papers, and refereed publications. Previous experience working as a consultant to Federal Agencies such as CDC, USDA Food and Nutrition Services’ Division, Department of Labor and knowledge of Federal Government and program contracting regulations is preferred.

This position requires a PhD in Economics, Finance, or related quantitative discipline coupled with 10 or more years of experience in an applied research environment. The appropriate candidate must possess strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior staff is also required. Candidate must have extensive experience using Stata, SAS, and Excel. Familiarity with R is desirable. Candidate must also have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under strict deadline as well as possess excellent project management skills.
