Building on its strength in entrepreneurship and innovation, the Eller College of Management is positioning the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship as a centerpiece of the college’s strategic vision—strengthening and expanding its educational programs and developing a leading research program in entrepreneurship and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the highly ranked McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship; developing a new, robust, and cross-disciplinary entrepreneurship and innovation research program; and overseeing the expansion of the entrepreneurship and innovation education program. The Executive Director will serve as a tenured faculty member in one of the Eller College’s six academic departments (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management and Organizations, Management Information Systems, or Marketing)teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses and mentoring students, including those from underrepresented backgrounds. The Executive Director will also participate in outreach and contribute to departmental, college, and university service to develop innovative approaches to enhancing student engagement, increasing diversity, and expanding collaborations with community and business partners.
