The Economics Department at Pacific Lutheran University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to begin September 1, 2016. Ph.D. is preferred, but ABD will be considered. Ph.D. in Economics must be in hand by September 1, 2016 for appointment at the Visiting Assistant Professor level. ABD is required by September 1, 2016 for appointment at the Instructor level. The successful candidate will teach Principles of Microeconomics, Statistics and an elective, preferably in International Economics. The annual teaching load is six semester courses in a 4-1-4 format.
