Position: Full, Associate or Assistant Professor (tenure track).
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Job Description:
The Nova School of Business and Economics, a triple-accredited (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA) institution, receives candidates for tenure-track positions in Economics. Applicants must hold, or be about to complete, a Ph.D. in Economics. Responsibilities include academic research and a teaching load of, on average, about 100 hours (equivalent to three semester courses) per year. The school offers programs at undergraduate, master, PhD and MBA levels. The successful applicant is welcome to collaborate with the research centres in economics (Novafrica, Nova Economics, Nova Healthcare Initiative), with the possibility of contributing to the thematic lines of Firm creation and growth, Sustainability and well-being, and Development and emerging markets. Classes are taught in English and knowledge of Portuguese is not a requirement. Compensation is competitive with top universities in Europe.
