The Asian Development Bank's Economics Research and Regional Cooperation Department is seeking qualified statisticians to contribute to its methodological research, statistical capacity building to help national statistical systems of developing member countries (DMCs) improve their respective official statistics and data development activities. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of international statistical standards and experience in compiling economic and social statistics, with proficiency in combining data from diverse statistical sources for policy relevant analysis, and knowledge of statistical database management. A Master's degree in Statistics or related fields is recommended with specialized experience of work in national/international statistical agencies.

Candidates must have a good command of English (both written and oral); demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills; and be able to work in teams.
