The National Pharmaceutical Council and The University of Southern California Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics Health Care Policy Fellowship will focus on policy solutions which align value across the health system and enable the fellow to design and evaluate studies to help inform policy options. The combined expertise of NPC and USC provides post-doctoral fellows a unique research and policy experience in the Washington DC environment.

Candidates must hold a PhD, MD, or PharmD with research skills and a desire to study the health policy implications as they pertain to biopharmaceuticals in the new health care environment. This is an early career fellowship, thus preferences will be for candidates who have completed their doctoral degree after January 1, 2010. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or permanent residents.
