Full Text of JOE Listing:

The School of Statistics at Beijing Normal University invites applications for several positions at all levels as Assistant, Associate Professor and Full Professor in macroeconomics, statistics and econometrics from September 2016. Candidates will be expected to conduct in quality research and teaching. Meanwhile, China Educational Economic Information Research Center (CEEIR) - a research institute under the ministry of School of Statistics is also providing research positions for applicants who are majoring in economics of education.

Salaries will be highly competitive. Research funds will also be offered in addition to standard fringe benefits. A successful applicant should have a Ph.D. degree in economics, or a related subject by the date of appointment. Applicants should send an application letter, curriculum vita, samples of writings, and three recommendation letters via e-mail to: stat@bnu.edu.cn AND also submit them through the JOE system. Preferences will be given to applications received before December 29th, 2015. Interviews will be conducted at the 2016 ASSA annual meetings in San Francisco.
