The Sanford School of Public Policy invites applications for a tenure-line assistant professor position in the area of education policy, with the interest and ability to use large data sets to pursue education-policy relevant questions. The position is open with respect to discipline. Applicants will be expected to teach core courses and electives in their research area.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in public policy or a related field.
The Sanford School has 65 full-time faculty. It offers an undergraduate major, two masters programs, and a Ph.D. program. Duke houses the North Carolina Education Research Data Center, a repository of administrative data on the public-schools system.
