Johnson at Cornell invites applications for a tenure-track position in Economics, with start date of July 2016. Applicants at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor ranks with research and teaching interests in Economics with a specialization in industrial organization or applied microeconomics, preferably applied theory, will be considered. Responsibilities include research, teaching basic and advanced courses in management at the MBA and Ph.D. levels – including the area’s core MBA Business Microeconomics course, supervision of doctoral candidates, and service to the School. All levels will be considered, but the ideal candidate will be at the Assistant Professor level and will have demonstrated evidence of success in teaching at the MBA level.

Johnson offers MBA, Accelerated MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Its MBA programs are consistently ranked in the top 20. Faculty members in the Economics group conduct research on diverse topics using a variety of research methods.
