The School of Economics at the University of Adelaide is seeking to make an appointment at the level of Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) in any field of Economics.

Applicants must have a PhD completed or near completion and must be able to demonstrate strong research abilities and a commitment to excellence in teaching. Successful applicants will be expected to develop an independent research program that achieves international recognition, to supervise postgraduate research and to teach in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Advanced assistant professors are encouraged to apply.

Consideration of applications will continue until the position is filled, but complete applications received by November 15, 2015 will receive priority for interviews at the ASSA meetings in San Francisco 2016.
