Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Department of Economics at Colby College invites applications for a tenure-track position in international macroeconomics, broadly defined, at the assistant or advanced assistant professor level beginning September 2016. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated ability – through prior experience, coursework, or current research – to teach undergraduate courses in international macroeconomics and topics courses related to their fields at the intermediate and advanced levels. Department faculty share in the teaching of the core curriculum. In addition to introductory macroeconomics, we seek candidates who are interested in teaching economic statistics. Colby College expects both excellent teaching and published research and provides substantial support for career development in both areas. Candidates should be able to complete a Ph.D. in economics by August 2016.
