Econ One provides economic and statistics research, consulting, and expert testimony in litigation matters involving antitrust, class action, health economics, intellectual property, and other commercial disputes where economic reasoning and econometric analysis are particularly well-suited to addressing core questions.

Econ One is looking for experienced candidates with a Ph.D. in economics (or related field) with an emphasis in applied industrial organization, particularly the use of appropriate econometric methods. Candidates should have exceptional analytical skills (SAS and/or Stata experience a plus) as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills are critical--candidates must be able to clearly communicate economic concepts to business and legal professionals. Experience teaching economics or econometrics and project leadership (especially in litigation consulting) are both plusses. Responsibilities include economic research and analysis, econometric modeling, case management, report preparation, and client presentations. This position offers a future opportunity to present expert witness testimony.
