The Department of Economics and Finance of the J. Whitney Bunting College of Business at Georgia College invites applications for an academic year, tenure track position beginning August 1, 2016. A Ph.D. in economics is preferred before the date of employment. The successful candidate will be assigned teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate level, and may occasionally have the opportunity to teach managerial economics in our MBA program. An interest in teaching economic history is a plus. We also value research collaboration with undergraduates. Georgia College is an AA/EOE institution.
