Princeton University seeks qualified candidates for a tenured professorship in the social sciences (including the disciplines of anthropology, economics, political science, and sociology). Candidates are required to have regional expertise and knowledge of relevant foreign languages and should be engaged in research within their discipline in one of the following areas of concern: 1) growth and inequality; or 2) energy, environment, and natural resources. In addition to contributing to their respective disciplinary department and to the wider research community of the Princeton Institute of International and Regional Studies (PIIRS), they are expected to broaden international networks and strengthen regional course offerings at the University.
