Responsibilities include identifying and implementing empirical approaches; developing conceptual frameworks that guide project work; serving as client contact for analytical or statistical expertise; managing or leading tasks; preparing technical reports and journal articles and presenting findings to clients and to the public and mentoring junior research analysts, sharing approaches to solving concrete problems, and providing feedback on the work of others.
We are seeking individuals with all levels of experience.
Must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in economics, health services research, or a related field and training in applied microeconomics, program evaluation, econometrics or applied statistics; highly proficient with the use of statistical software such as SAS or STAT; able to apply advanced econometric/statistical methods; able to communicate effectively about these methods to non-technical audiences.
