The Asian Development Bank’s Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department is seeking qualified economists for contributing to its policy research and technical assistance program in macroeconomics, finance and growth; poverty, human capital, and employment; enterprise development, trade, and global production networks; and infrastructure development, project economic analysis, and impact evaluation. A PhD in related fields such as macroeconomics, development economics, international trade and finance, public finance, or labor economics would be most relevant. A strong background in applied econometric analysis is essential. Candidates must have a good command of English (both written and oral); demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills; and be able to work in teams.
