Abdullah Gul University (AGU) invites applications for a chair / senior faculty position in Business Administration beginning spring 2015. Position is open until filled.
The successful candidate must have a PhD and work experience in an appropriate field. Candidates should have a record of scholarly research as well as teaching competence.
In its second year, the University’s seven departments placed in the top five public university slots according to the nationwide college entrance examination scores of incoming students. Although a public university, it is independently supported by the AGU Foundation (AGUV) whose main function is to offer merit-based scholarships to students and grants to faculty members.
The language of instruction is English. We have faculty members from Germany, Greece, Italy, and Russia. The university is located in Kayseri - Turkey at the heart of the historic Cappadocia region with the Erciyes Mountain overlooking the city, available for winter sports.
