The Department of Economics of the University of Florida invites applications for two tenure track appointments at the Assistant Professor rank in the areas of Econometrics and Applied Microeconometrics. The ideal candidate should possess research and teaching expertise in microeconometric methods or have a strong record of empirical research in one or more of the following applied fields: Labor/Public/Health/IO/International/Regional Economics. Candidates with a willingness to work with big data are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have Ph.D. completed or completion anticipated by August 2015, with an initial appointment as Lecturer until Ph.D. completion. The position starts in August 2015 and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a full benefits package.
