Built upon the strong foundation of one of the nation's top public universities, the Batten School combines rigorous training in policy analysis with a unique emphasis on the acquisition of leadership skills. The School currently offers the two-year MPP degree, as well as an accelerated MPP program and an undergraduate major in public policy and leadership. The School also offers dual degree programs with the School of Medicine (MPP/ MPH), Darden School of Business (MPP/ MBA), and the School of Law (MPP/ JD). The successful candidate would have the potential for joint appointments with other academic units at U.Va.
