The La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to make one tenure-track appointment at the assistant or advanced-assistant professor level. We encourage applicants from all aspects of international public affairs. Empirical scholars who specialize in international development (especially trade or non-profit related research) and/or international social policy are particularly encouraged to apply. We seek candidates with a productive research program with high publishing potential and a commitment to teaching. University and professional service as appropriate are required.

Applicants should have completed Ph.D. training in economics, political science, sociology, public administration, public policy or a related social science field prior to the start of the appointment. Appointments will begin in August 2015. Applications should include the candidate’s CV, a writing sample, and three letters of reference and/or names of references.
