Applications are invited for a tenure track assistant professor position in macroeconomics at the University of the Pacific beginning in Fall 2015. The candidate will be expected to teach macroeconomics at the introductory and intermediate levels, International Trade and Finance at the undergraduate level, and contribute to the University's Pacific Seminar Program, the core of the University general education program.

Pacific is distinguished by its low student-faculty ratio and high quality of undergraduate education. Our standard teaching load is alternating semesters of 2 and 3 courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, will provide evidence of an active research agenda, and will have an earned PhD by August, 2015.
