The Aix Marseille School of Economics is seeking to recruit two junior tenured professors ("maître des conférences") in any field in Economics for appointment in September 2015.
We invite applications from strong candidates in all areas of Economics and Econometrics. The candidate must have completed his/her PhD by December 2014 and applied for qualification by the CNU (French council of universities). Knowledge of French is NOT required.
The Aix Marseille School of Economics is part of Aix Marseille University, itself a newly constituted body grouping the former universities in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, located in the South of France. The University is one of the leading academic centers in France in many fields, including Economics. The School provides a high quality research environment in Economics, has ample research facilities and an international faculty. It is split between two locations, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, offering various lifestyle choices for faculty joining us.
