Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Economic and Manpower Analysis Division, within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, conducts analyses for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense on resource and economic issues affecting defense programs, plans, and budgets. We seek candidates who have completed or are nearing completion of a Ph.D. in economics for analyst positions. Duties include data and policy analysis with applications to health, labor, resource, and fiscal economics within the U.S. Department of Defense.
