Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Responsibility for the overall management of the Economic Research Department and for the coordination of economic research
* Ensuring the preparation of expert opinions on situation reports and strategic monetary policy documents and minutes of the monetary policy meetings of the Board
* Organizing domestic and international cooperation with domestic and foreign experts in the form of research projects
* Carrying on your own research activities and participating in the research activities of the Department

Required Qualifications:
* Ph.D. in economics
* At least 10 years’ experience in theoretical and empirical economics and economic research with relevant outputs
* Managerial and organisational skills and team management experience
* Fluent written and spoken English (level C1); ability to communicate in Czech at B1 level (this can be attained later, within 12 months of starting work)
