Full Text of JOE Listing:
The OECD's mission - Better Policies for Better Lives - promotes policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. It provides a unique forum in which governments work together to share experiences on what drives economic, social and environmental change, seeking solutions to common problems.

The OECD Young Professionals Programme is designed to bring highly qualified and motivated entry-level professionals with diverse backgrounds into the Organisation to work on projects linked to the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General. At the end of the two year period, it is expected that the selected individuals will be able to compete for appointments to other positions within the Organisation.

Within this framework, the OECD seeks to recruit junior economists and policy analysts in positions across the Organisation. The OECD Young Professionals Programme is open to nationals of an OECD member country who are under 33 years of age on 31 December 2012.
