Full Text of JOE Listing:
Bowling Green State University is seeking applicants for one or more instructors in the field of economics, pending availability of funds. Qualifications include at least a masters degree in economics with preference for an ABD or doctoral degree in economics. A preference for experience in teaching college economics, and an interest in and commitment to undergraduate teaching is a must; expertise in monetary or macroeconomics desired. Responsibilities include teaching four sections of Economics per semester. The four sections will include principles and upper division courses depending on departmental needs and candidate qualifications. Length of position is one year beginning in August 2012 and ending in May 2013 and does not lead to tenure. Possibility of continuation subject to need, funding and performance.
