The Committee on Government Relations encourages economists to apply for key government decision-making positions that can affect economic research in a significant way. Please email dan.newlon@aeapubs.org with the names of economists you would like to see representing economic research now or in the future in important decision making positions at government agencies like the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation and he will forward the names to the relevant staff.
