Lecturer / Senior Lecturer – Business Analytics (Continuing, Full-time)
Location: Caulfield Campus
The Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics at Monash Business School is seeking an outstanding academic to join its internationally recognised Business Analytics team. We welcome applicants with expertise in business analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical computing, data visualisation, computational statistics, or related fields.
The successful candidate will undertake high-quality research, contribute to research impact, and deliver engaging teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role includes developing course materials, coordinating units, supervising honours and postgraduate research students, providing academic support, and contributing to departmental service.
Applicants must hold a PhD in business analytics, data science, machine learning, operations research, operations management, or a closely related discipline, with a strong research publication record and demonstrated teaching excellence. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and industry partners is highly regarded.
