Lecturer to contribute to departmental mission by combining delivery of outstanding undergraduate instruction with pedagogic innovation with excellence in discharging student-centered service responsibilities. Require: PhD in Economics (completed by December 2014); a commitment to excellence in teaching high quality courses in Principles of Economics (Macro and Micro); commitment to excellence in teaching large sections of micro and/or macro principles; commitment to pedagogic innovation by developing new elective courses that increase the range of electives offered by the department; demonstrated enthusiasm for undertaking student-centered service responsibilities such as academic and extracurricular advising. Desire: Interest in conducting research for publication in refereed economics journals.
