Social Impact is rapidly emerging as a leading consultancy providing impact and performance evaluation services to major USG clients, development banks and other bilateral and multilateral aid agencies. We are seeking an experienced executive to provide a vision and strategy for the IE Center, technical direction, leadership and oversight for the Center, and be responsible for the overall growth, quality and financial performance of SI’s IE portfolio.

- min 10 yrs exp leading & conducting IEs for int'l develop programs across sectors
- technical expertise in one or more sectors a plus
- demonstrated exp managing lg government contracts w/ positive results
- extensive exp leading & supervising IE teams and consultants for evaluations in multiple sectors: DG, health, education, agri/rural development
- strong team management skills and ability to track multiple deadlines
- provide QA & technical inputs for multiple IE deliverables
- exp working w/ USAID, MCC, World Bank
- strong business development exp/networks w/ evaluation units of int'l development agencies
- PhD in Social Sciences; economics preferred
- will travel a minimum 25%
