The American Institutes for Research is a leading professional services firm with a growing Reporting Team. We design and build online and paper reports from student test data that are inspiring and that make a real impact on teachers and students across the country. We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Score Reporting to join our team.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager - Score Reporting will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Lead and supervise development of paper and online reports for state clients;
- Develop and monitor schedules and key milestones for assigned reporting projects;
- Facilitate completion of requirements and specifications with internal teams and clients;
- Assuming day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and that all deliverables are of the highest quality;
- Lead and supervise rigorous quality assurance checks of paper and online reports before reports are released;
- Conduct trainings via webinar and face-to-face on the online reporting system and paper reports for clients and end-users;
- Lead and facilitate all client meetings and discussions regarding paper and online reports.


- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a Statistics, Economics, Measurement, Mathematics or a related field required. Masters degree in Business Management or Public Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience is required, including project management in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated client management experience is required.
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel.
- Prior experience working with or producing data-intensive industry reports desired.
- Knowledge of SAS is a plus.
- Must have the ability to work with and manage a matrix team that includes graphic project managers, designers, developers and software testers.
- Must have excellent oral and written skills.
