Who We Are
DIA Associates is an analytics-driven management consulting company. We work with senior executives from large organizations to help design and bring to life cutting edge business strategies. We are looking for talented individuals who are eager to join our exciting field. Successful candidates display evidence of outstanding ability and have a track record of exceptional accomplishments. We hire gifted engineers, economists, mathematicians and computer scientists. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Analyst in the Tri-State area.
At DIA analysts derive business insights and help design actionable business strategies. They are an integral part of a team, consisting of junior and senior consultants. Our analysts are technically sophisticated, motivated, systematic and full of intellectual curiosity.
Responsibilities:
-Help drive project problem-solving, strategy design, client communications
-Perform various types of analyses (financial, profiling, statistical/econometric, etc.), often using large amounts of data and adapting a variety of techniques.
-Summarize results and findings and communicate with clients
Requirements:
-Advanced degree from a quantitative field.
-Strong communication skills
-Ability and desire to learn quickly
-Solid analytical skills
