Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP) and LeBow College of Business invite applicants for a jointly appointed, tenure-track position in health economics. Responsibilities include conducting outcome and cost effectiveness analysis of healthcare delivery systems and competing interventions; developing sponsored research projects; publishing in peer-reviewed journals; teaching courses in health economics. The successful candidate can team with a health services researcher at CNHP's 11th Street Family Health Services, an innovative model of interdisciplinary patient-driven care. The successful applicant will have a PhD in economics or health economics; a minimum of 2 years of related experience; expertise in outcomes and quality of life research and their application to evaluation of models of care delivery; and the capacity to impact the efficient and equitable allocation of healthcare resources.
