The Department of Economics in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta invites applications for a one year contract academic teaching position as Visiting Assistant, Visiting Associate, or Visiting Full Professor, from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. While all field specializations will be considered, we are particularly interested in candidates who can teach macroeconomic theory, money and banking, and the economics of financial markets at the undergraduate level. Candidates must hold a PhD in Economics, or expect to complete all requirements for the PhD by September 1, 2013. Previous teaching experience at the senior undergraduate level is an asset.
Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
