Aquinas College, a Catholic liberal arts college in the Dominican tradition, invites applications for two full-time, tenure track positions in Economics beginning August 2013 at the rank of Assistant Professor. Both candidates should be broadly trained with the ability to teach introductory macro and microeconomics. There are opportunities to teach specialized topics, and develop courses in one's own area of specialty and interest. The Department is looking to fill a specific role in Environmental Economics with the ability to contribute to the college's unique Sustainable Business program. Qualifications include an earned Ph.D. with demonstrated teaching experience at the college level preferred. Candidates with excellent teaching records, contributions to the discipline of Economics, ability to work collegially with faculty members from across the campus, and are willing to engage in student advising and programs will be given preference. The teaching load is 4-4.
