Berkeley Research Group is an international economic consulting firm with approximately 175 experts and 450 staff that offers services to law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. We are engaged in complex matters that require sophisticated problem solving, empirical research and sound economic analysis, often in a fast-paced litigation setting.
Berkeley Research Group is currently seeking two PhDs with 2-5 years of experience in consulting, government or private industry for its Emeryville, CA office. One opening requires a specialization in securities/finance/banking and the other opening requires a specialization in industrial organization/empirical microeconomics. Responsibilities include project management, developing analytical frameworks, designing and building financial and quantitative models, data analysis, and assisting expert witnesses in the delivery of testimony at deposition and trial.
