The Department of Political Science and Economics at Rowan University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment beginning Fall 2013 for an Instructor of Economics. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D in Economics by September 1, 2013 and be committed to teaching. Teaching load is four courses per semester with class sizes of 35 students or less. Fields are open but must include principles courses.
Rowan University is a comprehensive public institution less than 20 miles from Philadelphia with about 11,000 students. Rowan will not interview at the 2013 AEA Annual Meeting nor reimburse applicants for search costs or relocation expenses.
